With great pleasure we announce the Riverside Orchestra’s first concert of 2012.

Friday, February 10, 7:30PM at Trinity School, 101 W. 91st Street

The orchestra will open the concert with Franz Schubert’s, Andantino varie originally composed for piano 4 hands and arranged by our conductor, Zachary Schwartzman, for this orchestra. It will be followed by Richard Wagner’s Wesendonck Lieder for soprano and orchestra with Jennifer Grimaldi as soprano. Tchaikovsky’s exciting Symphony No 4 concludes the evening’s program

Our concerts continue to enjoy the reputation of being a New York “Best Deal” for the classical music lover.  That’s partly due to our famous post-concert buffet: pizza, pasta, meat balls, juice, apples, cookies, salad and wine top off a great musical evening in grand style.

Tickets at the door: $20. As always, children are admitted free.

Please reserve March 10 and May 11 for our last two concerts.

You are invited to become a patron of the orchestra, and know that you are ensuring that a thriving community arts organization continues to exist. Your extra support also entitles you entry into a special section reserved for patrons.
